Welding Fume Extractor: Working Principle

Through the suction force of the fan, the welding fume and exhaust gas are drawn into the equipment’s air inlet by the universal dust collection hood. A spark arrester is installed at the air inlet of the equipment, which blocks the sparks. The fume and gas then enter the settling chamber. Utilizing gravity and the upward airflow, the coarse particles of dust are directly dropped into the ash hopper, while the fine particles of fume are captured on the outer surface of the filter element. The clean gas, after being filtered and purified by the filter element, flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element and is discharged through the outlet in compliance with standards.

The welding fume purifier can be customized into single-arm and double-arm models. It can be used independently or in clusters. The installation is convenient, and there are basically no technical requirements for installation for users. The flexible suction arm is made of imported PVC steel wire air duct, which is corrosion-resistant and can withstand a temperature of up to 120℃. The hood opening is equipped with an air volume regulating valve. The purifier is equipped with universal mobile casters at the bottom, allowing it to move freely and be fixed within the factory, demonstrating strong adaptability to the working environment.

The gas purified by the welding fume purifier can be directly discharged indoors in compliance with standards, which helps maintain the indoor enclosure, keep the room temperature, and facilitate operations.
