Quick Locking pin is for locating, and fastening fixture elements to the welding table. Used for  connecting two or three parts together.

Working Principle:

The locking pin is a cylindrical pin that is axially locked or loosened between modules and modules and between modules and platforms by rotating the screw head or handle.

A locking rod is provided in the locking body, the lower part of the locking rod is a round table body, the upper part of the locking rod is a handle head with a hexagonal hole, the round table body is in contact with the steel ball placed in the round hole of the locking body, the upper head of the locking rod is extended outside the locking body, and is connected with the internal thread of the locking body through the middle external thread of the locking rod, and the locking rod head handle is rotated. The steel ball placed in the hole of the locking body is extruded and diffused or closed by the round table body at the bottom of the locking rod, which causes the steel ball to protrude or withdraw the outside surface of the locking body, so as to achieve the function of locking the workpiece. The fast locking pin has the advantages of fast locking, convenient positioning and disassembly.

The locking pin is equipped with four concentric steel balls. When the lock pin thread is loosened, the steel ball will automatically retract inside the lock body, at which time the lock pin can insert or pull out the round hole of the locked workpiece. When in use, after the locking pin is inserted into the hole of the locked workpiece, gradually tighten the locking pin head by hand, while the steel ball gradually protrudes, the locking pin automatically centres and clamp the module, and then tighten it with a wrench. The tightening force is required to be appropriate and should not be too large (generally, the wrench can rotate 45~60°). The locking pin can reach the clamping force of 50kN and the shearing force of 250kN after tightening. At the same time, various lengths and countersunk locking pins are also designed according to the different occasions.
